  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion and then return the product, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, AutoCartly will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges
