3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return request.
  3. Our team will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case AutoCartly will cover the return shipping costs.
  • The returned product must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return. If the return is accepted, we will process the return and issue a refund or store credit.

  • Refunds: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, you may request store credit instead of a refund. The store credit will be issued in the amount of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same procedure as a return. If the item is eligible for exchange and available, we will arrange for a replacement.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product and arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

8. Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
